@Crazypedia@pagan.plus iirc the biggest blocker for "small" scale composting is that you need enough mass for the heap to heat up inside and support the kind of thermophiles needed to break down the stuff safely. Definitely you could get lots of anaerobic fungal breakdown stuff in a closed container (Bokashi uses a specific fermentation process so it's a bit different) but it might not be safe to grow veg in
