Global attribution of issued identities to each and every commit is probably important to a company like Radworks, if they want to build a market for software developers, commoditize them, and take an ever increasing cut. That's the impression I get. For a team that is already collaborating (on Fediverse, on an existing *hub, on a mailing list, hacking together in a room), the members can decide whom and how they trust. Key transparency and chains of attestations could maybe work here just as well for such a team. Why do we need a Verisign... I mean a Radworks? Something I want to explore here anyway!
