@jmax@mastodon.social @tinker@infosec.exchange One day the tokens will cost more than what businesses can pay, and they'll either die OR try to hire back their employees. Businesses that stick with AI will one day discover their agents quit working because their dependent data centers went dark. Because the AI company crashed. A LOT of shit will stop working. Entire web sites. Payment systems. Possibly firmware reliant on clouds that no longer exist. Those suffering from AI psychosis get weird when their AI friends 'die'.
