@waffles@masto.yttrx.com Yeah we actually used a spreadsheet for this exact thing for a number of years and it was a beast. It was set up for ease of entry where each row was a date and each column an account. But of course if you understand data structures you can appreciate what a pain it was to do formulas to categorize and parse all that. This has a nice entry interface, plus a proper database structure. And I was able to migrate everything from my old spreadsheet. Plus all my data lives on the pi, not on google’s servers! (Backed up to my Mac mini, backed up to backblaze).
