i stripped a torx 2 screw when trying to disassemble my phone, and now it's stuck T_T

went to the repair shop to get my stripped screw off, and the guys there laughed at me and treated me very poorly, apparently you're not supposed to repair your own phone, and it is literally impossible to unscrew a stripped screw or smh
