I think more people should hate Linkara for his insane slander of Frank Miller. Batman in all star Batman and robin is supposed to be an insane joke who would have (over the course of the series if it finished) grown into the hero we know and love with the help of robin. No idea where the idea it’s a deconstruction comes from since the whole series is about Batman growing into a force of nature which can liberate people from the oppression of politics and capital. Sadly I think the dark period of Miller’s life when 9/11, plus a divorced, plus servere alcoholism broke him sort of muddles this narrative esp because people ignore that miller renounced all those and had a comic where joker is trump and Batman forms antifa to stop him lol. Anyway linkara is an infinitely worse and more disengenious critic then Doug ever was it’s just people don’t read super hero comics as much so they don’t call him out on his bs.
