@wordman@dice.camp New incoming material is downloaded and moved into Calibre as needed. Any extra files go into a folder named for the product under a publisher folder. The DriveThruRPG app, if that's the source, can be set up to do this automatically. At that point, I decide which is the core file and if any additional files need to go to Calibre and I add them and then follow the process in my post. It takes a couple of minutes at most.
