So the USA made sure that the best research universities in the world, are here in the USA.♥️👍🏿 If the US goes to an African country and mines 50% of the oil or diamonds, the extraction is obvious. But less obvious if the US goes to Nigeria and recruits 50% of their top 20 science students. Part of the reason the extraction is harder to see, is that most of those top students are jumping up and down, and yelling "Extract me! Extract me! Mekka, shut up! Don't you dare mess this up for me! I'm trying to go to CalTech!" The system was working for everyone, except for the racists.
