🧵 Namaygoosisagagun First Nation, who received no warning or assistance from the provincial or federal governments, is destroyed. There is nothing left standing on the land that knows their names, voices, and culture. Their community, which saved them when no one else would, endures. Anishinabek Nation is collecting direct aid for Namaygoosisagagun First Nation here:
