These days Danish DSB is all Serious and Professional with their branding. Large red walls with some basic functional black and white. With the new Talgo and IC5 their look suggests they might very well be temporary stock trains from a DB lease pool.
How different was it until the late 1990s when domestic sleeper service was still a thing and equipment was to have a little bit of fun in their identity.

I'm not always positive about the Danish rail experience. And justifiably so. I think that's in part because it's so obvious that it quite easily *can* be really good. Here's a short timelapse from a Siemens Desiro Classic near Thisted. A world of different with the wobbly smelly experience in yesterday's Alstom Lint. Yet both GoCollective DMUs. *how is #DSB going to brand the #GoCollective trains now they're taking over? Will it be a sub-brand like for example "DSB Go!"?
