Since 2020 I've been banned from most services owned by big tech. The remaining services of big tech who haven't banned me, I banned them myself. Since then, I have been using only trustable services with open source structure from organisations with good reputation on privacy and human rights. Outcome: my life has never been so simple, easy, quiet, productive, better.
