@evacide@hachyderm.io Flock really posted a “wElL aCkShUlLy” response to the EFF claims and spent the entire article explaining how they use loopholes and the letter of the law to bypass civil liberties and the spirit of the law. We need to keep pushing legislation to ban their surveillance model and rallying our local governments to terminate contracts. Edit: This is a fantastic step towards curtailing their overreach. I’m excited for more victories ahead.
