I have been "voluntold" by my spouse that I'm running a kid's bicycle rodeo in August. I have helped with 2 bicycle rodeos run by 3 other LAB LCIs, but never ran one. I've been told they've had them before so have the supplies and proper forms and waivers. I've looked up and saved what I could learn from my bike education materials & the web. Does anyone have any advice or personal experience to make it more fun? I am not competitive at all, and I understand kids usually are. #BikeNitePQ
