The English media seem obsessed with wanting people in Scotland & Wales to support the England football team. It strikes me as rather pathetic and needy. Don’t they understand sporting rivalry? Would aSpurs fan be rooting for Arsenal to win the FA Cup? Or a Man Utd fan back Manchester City in the Champions’ League?
Anyway, I’m off to put on my Argentina top for tonight’s game.
