A task list app that whenever you miss a deadline it picks a random contact from your phone and sends them a message (from you) calling them a shithead. If the same task is delayed multiple times it gets more and more rude in that message.

This is like fucking in public. You might get a thrill from it, but you’re basically involving a bunch of people that hadn’t consented into your sex life, which is a real dick move. The above seems like a sure fire way to maximize the shame about your mental health while also pissing off lots of people you know. Probally not a good direction to go in.

But then they’ll probably reply to it and now I’ve got this text that I’m going to be stressed about forgetting to reply to and I’ll miss more deadlines because my executive dysfunction will start putting off things til after I respond to that text a few months from now.
