Watching an almost unwatchable (hyped and choppy) video about deGoogleing and the ubiquity of corporate surveillance. And while I kinda knew most of this stuff at some level, being a keen student of infosec and Doctorow fan, it's kinda depressing when you see it all concisely drawn together. It's inescapable. It really is. Resistance is token at best. I'd argue we're obligated to try. But your life is now corporate property.
