@NNN@bettercities.top @ObbieZ@urbanists.social Richfield infrastructure is so bad it's making me into a NIMBY - as in, I'd rather not have Richfield in Minneapolis's backyard. The Nine Mile Creek Trail would be better named "I'd rather bike nine miles in the street trail." Bike Router correctly instructs you to use the road instead. It's in desperate need of raised crossings. Most of Richfield's residential areas don't even have sidewalks - which was a real shock last time I got off the bus in the area. The majority of their bike infrastructure is on county roads (i.e., provided by Hennepin County).
