On the Android side, I'm using BasicSync which is itself free and open-source. It's one of the simpler Android clients for Syncthing but it does everything I need and has been solid for the past few months I've been using it.
BasicSync is available on F-Droid:

@apparition@mastodon.world Syncthing is good (I use it too). But due to the peer-to-peer aspect, there is no central source of truth. And both "sending" and "receiving" end need to be online at the same time. I've sorted that out by having a home server (available via VPN) available 24/7, so data can still flow between devices. But it requires additional setup. This is an important detail if you want to use syncthing for data backup purposes. Syncthing sure has valid and good use cases. But I'm still waiting for Proton Drive to arrive with their Linux client. That would solve some aspects where Syncthing is less optimal.
