A portmanteau of Hitler and treats Someone who, when independence movements in the global south threaten the supply of cheap goods (treats) to the wealthy consumer countries, responds by adopting surprisingly Hitlerian views. Basically people who tacitly or explicitly endorse imperialism as long as they get something out of it.
