@Dan_Ramos@noauthority.social The press release from the Cheyenne BOPU does not name a specific company, only that it was traced back to an industrial site. Forbes quotes a META spokesperson but the associated link that supposedly has the evidence has disappeared. I can find no other evidence that BOPU is saying it came from META. The Forbes story is crafted to imply it was the data center but then gives no evidence. Whether that is because Cheyenne was bought off, or there was some other legal agreement I can’t say. But unless Cheyenne is willing to go on record saying it was specifically traced to the data center, it’s hearsay at best.
