@kumicota@akkoma.kumicota.moe @feld@friedcheese.us it’s a broader issue where management is often times the only path foreword for raises and responsibility at corporate. Where I work managers still do the job they manage people for and raises are completely separate for being a manager. There is a guy on my team who has been there 5 years longer than my manager and is paid more because of it. My manager just likes managing people.
