16 years of Tory has left the UK in a hell of a mess, and if Burnham is genuine about wanting to fix things, then it's going to take a while, and I for one won't judge him too harshly if he doesn't get instant results, as long as he looks like he's making efforts in the right direction.. However, there are some things that he could do very quickly if he actually wants to. For example, I see no reason why he couldn't lift the ban on Palestine Action and revoke all arms export licenses to Israel within days. So if we get to this time next week and he hasn't done either of those things, I think we can probably conclude that he's just as pro-genocide as Starmer.
