Ah yes, I love crawling through the stream layer code and sync the "args in functions call in warnings" to use the new system that handles arguments more generically and better. But that does require fixing loads of tests that produce said warnings. Will also need to, when I get through this, send an email to internals to make some amendment on the recent Stream Error RFC as that pre-dates the new INI setting.
