Possibly still good to get someone who does solar to look at the roof structure and see if it needs to be made stronger* or otherwise changed to accommodate an array - because that might be easier and/or cheaper as part of the roofing repair than after. Solar is possible on most roofs, but some are easier, for example some solar systems for standing seam metal roofs are really nice * We had to add "sister" boards to 90y old trusses, via the attic, to be strong enough for array
