@ralfmaximus@mastodon.social Yep. One of the signs of #dementia is that things that happened YEARS ago fell like they just happened yesterday. My 84 year old father (who has dementia) told his doctor a few months ago that he was crying b/c his mother had just passed away. And he is still telling people about how he "just" had an accident where he his his knee in 2017. When I told him it was "2026", he said I was "out of my mind." 🤨
