@Melezioh@mstdn.games Given that EA's cash cow is sports, it does actually make some sense in a kind of twisted way. They're trying to re-create arenas that exist in real life and that includes sponsorships. Right now, I think they mostly display BS placeholders in the places in the stadium where they normally have ads. If your hockey rink had actual Coca Cola ads around the perimeter, that's actually more accurate. 🙃
