So I guess I'm not buning a house. This area is too expensive. I just got calmly told my mortage would be over 4 thousand even with 70thousand down. You know what? I'll just keep paying the 240 in rent and save my money till I have even more. And these lenders don't really explain anything and just make you feel like you should be grateful. My husband wanted to do this. I keep telling him, you hate paperwork. You will hate this. and frankly 600 thousand for less than 2000 square feet is just assinine.
