We are not buying a house. I am not paying almost one and a half times my rent to have a house of the same size and with all the responsibility. That does not sound like an enjoyable prospect. Sure. They raise my rent every year, but the house is still decent. It's not the worst neighborhood, and just the prelim stuff was making me ill. So I'm going back to enjoying my music, rabbit, hubby, and making more money. I will keep saving. IT may take five or ten years but I will buy my house outright.
