Over the weekend I wrote a protocol. A lightweight, human-dependent web of trust. Publish a JSON file on a domain you own. A human who knows you, vouches for you on their mirror, using their domain as stake. That's it. Math turns "Hey, careful man, there's a beverage here" into an identity. No servers. No database.
