Coming out of a short depressive episode, which is good. This one wasn't subtle. Absolutely nothing brought me any joy, which at least made it easy to recognise as brain chemistry and not anything else. Bae, bless her heart, asked if my depression was from all the C++ I'd been looking at, and I had to explain it was instead the other way around.
