@WaitingForTheSign@mstdn.ca while there is truth and merit in what you say, you may be misunderstanding what I (and many other communists) mean by communism. Communism/socialism is not a governing system, it's an economic system. Example, the USSR used a socialist economic system with "Demicratic Centralisum", just like the US uses a capitalist economic system and "Representative Democracy" for the governing system. Governing and economic systems are intertwined, but also interchangeable. Thoughts?
