There's sort of a mental vignetting that occurs whenever I take a photograph. My thoughts disperse to the periphery, my anxieties and heart rate lesson, I breath deeply but without effort, & my racing mind gets a chance to rest. #flowers #nature #gardening #BloomScrolling #photography #AltText
