My months' desired brisket is, at long last, slow-cooking in the oven. Woohoo! The aroma is driving us nuts. 😃 Scrubbed avocados and a tomato thoroughly, then we made guacamole while waiting on the brisket. Tomorrow's agenda: Use-Up-The-Uneaten-Tomatoes Soup. A lovely day of contentment with my little family, watching old '60s BBC video Sherlock Holmes series with Peter Cushing and Nigel Stock. "He did it! She did it! They did it!"
