@mntmn@mastodon.social what worries me is that AI code is trained on code from the internet, mostly open source, so it's a reflection of human skills.
But worse, if we let them publish now and it's not up to much, they're peeing in their own training pool.

@forelioned@mastodon.online @mntmn@mastodon.social There used to be a problem with AI's training on AI generated content - the result degenerated very quickly. I don't know if that is true any more though.
