Should anyone rule for 15 years? Why not? What’s the difference? Objectively speaking, in your personal utopian vision for a perfect government, checks, balances, etc and so forth? Have these ‘checks and balances’ been helpful in reigning in the most malicious polity in the world? Or have they only served to preserve the status quo?
