@troed@swecyb.com I believe the most important and widespread harm of pushing LLMs is companies doing that get the most use out of this by threatening workers (AI will replace you, be more efficient or else).
Everything else from theft, environmental impact, surveillance abuse and deskilling to what's in the linked comic is extra.

@cohentheblue@ohai.social Yeah that applies to exactly zero percent of what's happened in my own circles. We're all greybeard developers who choose ourselves to use LLMs since they're simply great tools.
