Bombing civilian infrastructure is a war crime.
And if the Tangerine Tyrant does end up at The Hague for it (though honestly I'm not holding my breath on that one), I think the prosecution is going to have a pretty easy time proving premeditation.

@statsguy@mas.to You heard that they (the US) is going to (try to) dismantle the ICC, per a diktat earlier this week? It's more to do with Israel than themselves per se, but still. Plus the court has never indicted a US official, or agreed to proceed with any investigation of their war crimes ... So yeah, definitely don't hold your breath.
