I feel like there’s some way to force this knowledge out. Like file him as a missing person, or just at the state level presume him dead and force the organization of the special election pending his failure to present by a certain date. Charge his wife with some form of fraud in blocking the voters from having representation. I’m sure there’s other machinations that could be employed to compel the truth
