I am so overwhelmed at the moment, I am starting to get panic attacks😖 My hands are shaking uncontrollably & difficult to breathe. Our region is having an #ashfall due to the #KanlaonVolcano Eruption, maybe this is the reason, of my breathing but idk I just feel hopeless & I dont know where should I go.
