The tsunami warning has been downgraded and the big quakes revised to a 5.9. But there will still be high tides a swells. "... stay away from the sea, beaches, harbours, marinas, rivers and estuaries. "People on boats, live-aboards and at marinas should leave their boats/vessels and move onto shore.
