Misfortunes never come alone. Two days ago, I visited an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctor, and I was diagnosed with a deviated nasal septum. The doctor said that I need surgery, but unfortunately I cannot afford the cost. For now, I will continue with medication instead.
