I have been trying for a couple of weeks now to get this goal met with no luck, and I'm really struggling. I had to go to the emergency room on Sunday due to a combination of anxiety attack and reflux which turned out to be my first GERD attack. I am on medication for it now, but I still need GERD safe foods on top of everything else since I need to make dietary changes, and I don't get my EBT for a couple more days yet.
