A short while ago I gave 30 days' notice to Balance of Seven to terminate my contracts, in light of their repeated delays in royalty payments, but also my frustration at their lack of investment in marketing and their inability to communicate in timely fashion. If you want my books, now's the time. I will have more to say in the near future about where my books will be rehomed. For now, I urge Mr. Tinker to sunset this press and focus on personal matters. I also call on all authors who feel they are being wronged by their presses, for things like late royalty payments or other questionable business practices, to contact Victoria Strauss at Writer Beware so all our colleagues can know.
