Related, FastSMRW makes following a bunch of people at once, or even just multiple people at once, super easy! Just use shift+arrows to select multiple users from a followers buffer for instance, then you can use enter to open a menu of user actions on those users. Right now, multi select by method of control arrows+space I don't think will work. Need to figure that one out still.
