But I have the Artist 12 3rd gen in my queue for test, so I'll quickly see what's different from the 2nd gen (the Artist Pro 16 gen2 has now a FLOSS udev-hid-bpf). My assumption for https://www.xp-pen.com/product/artist-16-3rd.html : stylus will be recognized plug and play as a generic Microsoft Surface: it will work (coordinate/tilt/pressure) but hardcoded 2nd barrel button to an eraser mode. Button on the frame will not work. (1/2)
