However, I want tell you and your friend that having in Russia right now an animation studio done with Free/Libre Software sounds like an enormous challenge. I even don't know how they can still access their Patreon. And for the propaganda, hard to avoid, especially when all the institutions, grants, and cultural projects are controled by the gov. It's just like that in Russia. (1/2)

@zmicier@polyglot.city (2/2) I have no doubt the Morevna team is anti-war, and look at this propaganda with also critical eyes. But they can't avoid it, because of the current gov. And if they have to accept animation contract to survice as a studio, maybe they can do only this. I know it is probably hard to understand from country with freedom of expression and opinion; but it's not easy to protest in a country that a protest is equal to jail or death sentence.
