The policy threatened visa revocation & even deportation of people who study online harms so @transparenttech@mastodon.social sued to challenge it. This isn't the end of our case, but it's a major step. Many thanks to @knightcolumbia@mastodon.online, @protctdemocracy@mastodon.social, and all those who filed amicus briefs <3 I'll have more updates on this issue later this week, so watch this space!

@natematias@social.coop @pluralistic@mamot.fr Again, what I, as EU citizen take home from this, was that it took mere hours for PædoPOTUS Rex to throw the spanner in the works, and that it was not blindlingly obvious to everybody, including the enforcers at the border, that it had to come out again. #IwillNeverSeeUSAagain
