Let them keep one (1) billion dollars, so they can masturbate over the title Billionaire. Then take all the rest. Literally tax them the rest of their fortune, that they do not need or use except as bragging rights.

@ralfmaximus@mastodon.social I'd personally be in favor of something like a max wealth cap of around 10-100 mil. I live a fairly lavish lifestyle and I'd not have to work a single day for the rest of my life with less than that lower bound, without compromising. 8 digits ought to be enough for everybody. (In my regional currency. Mileage may differ.)
