❤️🩹 Nothing will humble you more than getting a wrist injury suddenly. I have a feeling it’s carpel tunnel :(

Good news is that it's not carpel tunnel, which is very serious - doctor said it sounds like tendonitis. I ordered a wrist brace and it's already helping, and I got prescribed a steriod pack for inflammation 🙏

@binarydigit@social.lol so sorry to read that! I really hope it's not carpal tunnel. Something that really helped with the pain was the microsoft ergonomic keyboard, I was pain free in weeks!
