How is the White House grounds doing? Does it still look like a tweaker's house?
Apparently he's decided to build a heliport on the South Lawn.

But the helicopter can already land there. It’s actually super cool - they put out tiny blocks/temporary landing areas about the size of the wheels themselves - and the pilot is so good, they can land without any issues. Source - I witnessed it from a building across from the Treasury during the Biden administration.
